after...
Look at the before and after picture. See how close throttle and brake pedals are now? I have small and narrow feet, this set up makes doing heel & toe much easier. (and that was the main reason for installing the pedal kit.)

headrest speaker
Well, my headrest speakers were blown. So I just replaced them with Pioneer A878 ($49 per pair). They are 3-1/2", 4 ohm impedance so they should work. Total working time 30 minutes , including taking photos and testing the speaker set, easy.

old unit taken off
OEM speaker and enclosure. Can you tell the damaged foam on the speaker?
No need to change the wireing.
OEM and replacement Pioneer
Front view : New unit is 2-way
OEM and replacement Pioneer
Back view : Look at the size difference of the magnet !
installed in the head rest
The new speakers sounds much cleaner and brighter, especially when I crank up the volume (while driving with the top down).
